The Google form is for the main enrollment to the Academy (officially). The other forms on this website are for the account creations (Parents/Children)
Once the enrollment and account creations are completed, the student, the parent or the teacher can RSVP a student to attend the events. This is done via the Events page of this website or in the members zone. RSVP is for each event and must be done at least 7 days before the event. This to allow the approprate booking of facilities.
Each Academy Student Computer will receive a quick App Installation upon the first day. This App will ensure an appropriate classroom environment and student/teacher interactions. The App records the screen and the words typed as well as which applications are in use during the class. These are processed but not stored in a private zone on a 3rd party server. All activity of the app stops once the class finishes and starts again on the next class (there is no monitoring out of Academy hours). Also, for those who prefer it this way, the application can be uninstalled easily at the end of each event. Note that this software is used for the protection of children as well as the instructors.
